We do not claim, and you should not assume, that any individual experience described is typical or that you will achieve the same results.

Your results depend on factors including your room size, humidity levels, climate, and how you use the product, and how regularly you use the product. We make no guarantee that you will achieve results identical to those described in testimonials.

2. Statistical Claims

When we present statistics such as "92% of customers reported less visible pet hair after two weeks" or "average savings of over $200 per year on traditional AC units," these figures are based on internal surveys or calculations using defined assumptions, defined sample sizes and defined time periods. These figures are for illustrative purposes only and are not a guarantee of savings or specific outcomes for every customer.

Savings estimates are based on average US household expenditure on traditional AC running costs compared to a one-time purchase of Coolux. Actual savings depend on your prior purchasing behavior and usage patterns.

3. Review and Endorsement Disclosure

We invite all verified customers to leave honest reviews and ratings, whether positive or negative. We may provide reasonable, non-contingent incentives (such as discount coupons) for submitting a review, but we never condition incentives on writing a positive review, removing a negative review, or revising a review.

We do not write or commission fake reviews. We do not ask employees, contractors or family members to post reviews without clearly disclosing their relationship to us. We moderate reviews only to remove content that is spam, abusive, contains personal information, or is clearly unrelated to our products. Coolux is a home cooling product only. We make no medical or veterinary claims about the product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any animal health condition.
